How anyone can justify his team selections or in game management is beyond me after this.

One step forward two steps back, biggest frustration for me is we actually had our moments. Had we played the best team we could or been a little more positive rather than inviting their pressure we could have got something out of that game.

Not going to bother with saying whether he will go as Levy is backing him. What I will say though, anyone saying he was not backed by Levy in the transfer window, he is being more than backed now so if Levy does get rid of Poch there should.be no calls of he wasnt backed.

Just not a tactical manager. Has all the right traits to motivate an underdog and get them firing to a point but when it gets down to the nitty gritty of in game management, time and time again hes come up short.

If he hasn't done an interview yet I predict:

So happy with the performance. Proud of the players to come and fight for three points. We had some chances and if we can score them we win the game. But no, so so happy with the performance.
I’m gonna throw up seriously. So boring to watch him open his mouth.

Goodison away is the last chance saloon for me, he fucks that up and I mean if we suffer a bad result because of him then he's lost me.

Fuming at the shit he pulled today, don't think I've ever been this angry at him.

Big question is whether Levy is done? If so will he do anything about?!
I don't think he is. What worries me is that we can, most of us, accept a transition season if we're headed somewhere, where like Chelsea you can see that something promising lies ahead but I can't see anything. The in game management seems very risk adverse, there are no real youth prospects emerging and players like GLC are not coming on until it's too late (admittedly that is linked to the in game management issue that I just mentioned).

Once again the guy is afraid to make a fucking sub when needed. We managed to cling on at HT but we were getting outplayed, how can you send the same team back out for the 2nd half? Ndombele cant play 2 games in a row? If lamela is out for a while then poch needs to stop dicking around with his stupid fucking fitness policy and get lo celso in the team sharpish. What did he get today 4 mins....shambles.

Players aren't picked on form or desire for the team anymore, somethings wrong there. He picked a stronger, more on form team against Red Star at home. We say if a player is off form for a long time they should be dropped or sold, as sad as it is to say sometimes the same should apply to the manager. Not saying he's the only problem, but the clear out might need to be the manager as well.

1) Disappointing result
2) A wave of #PochOut posts
3) Silence for a full week,
4) A press conference offering glimmers of hope
5) Another disappointing result.

And repeat. Don't know when his time will be up, but after his decisions and in-game management today, I doubt it'll be too long.

It's clear we have talented players - it's not a squad of has beens, journeymen or fucking cloggers!

Ultimately the manager is not getting the best of these players, not preparing them correctly before matches and not making informed selection choices or in game management.

It's done.

Finito.

Adios.

Thanks for the memories but let's salvage this season with someone else.

Despite his failings, I've always believed that Levy has always acted in the best interests of the club

Time for Levy to do so again, put his personal friendship with the manager aside and sack Poch.

I was never firmly on the Poch out side because I still had faith that he could turn over a new leaf, approach the job with renewed vigor and energy and hopefully turn things around. Despite his obvious failures and lack of silverware, he's done a lot of good for the club and deserved that chance at least.

However, I think this game has killed any optimism I had, to be honest. After the starting lineup was announced, it was clear that he'd learnt nothing. It just looks like he's bored of the job, there's no new ideas, new approaches, just the same old tired methods. Mentally, he's already checked himself out and that is unacceptable. He needs a new challenge and we need a new direction. It's as good as over and we need to accept that as soon as possible.

Wish someone in press just had balls to ask him why he keeps picking Eriksen and if he in fact wants the sack?

The most irritating thing is Liverpool can be got at...if we'd played the whole 90 mins as we did when we went 2-1 down we could've easily got something.
So fucking annoying.
No wonder our record up there is so shit, we've finally got players who can do some damage but the approach is so negative.

I wish someone just takes him to task and tears him apart regarding his tactics acumen and his decisions, it's about time someone did.

They all just seem to ask the same meek questions, it’s pathetic really.
