I loved Mauricio but he has to go ASAP. It’s simply not working anymore. A new manager could at least coax something of a season from the wantaways and/or begin to rebuild in January and the summer

Get Allegri in now to salvage the season. We’ve let two very winnable matches go by after the Bayern result and have dropped five points. We have to salvage the season and each week Levy allows to go by is more points down the drain.

He’s made some very questionable decisions this year but I still stand that we should get a complete turnover in the squad with Poch as manager

Like today for example yes he made some wrong decisions but if we had better wingbacks than Aurier and Rose who can actually cross the ball we might have created more chances

Our squad is good enough to NOT be scraping a draw at home vs the leagues bottom club or getting thrashed 3-0 vs BRIGHTON

Yes the squad needs addressing in certain areas but that does not excuse our RELEGATION form this whole YEAR

How about the manager actually gets the best out of what is available? You have literally just said that you know Poch has fucked up yet again and made a hash of it tactically, yet somehow you still in the same sentence think he is the right man to lead a rebuild?

On the plus at least he’s ditched the diamond and actually trying something different.

If he has any chance he needs to ditch Alderweireld completely and possibly Vertonghen, although I’d be tempted to play a Sanchez next to him.

Much as I’ve always preferred Rosel Davies needs to come in.

Moura should ONLY be an impact sub, I’d persist with Dele as he scores goals and needs to get sharp and play Lamela and Son alongside him.

And if I was Poch I’d PRAY Lo Celso gets fit asap as he needs him badly, as well as Sessegnon.

Anyone else think he's ran this squad to the ground?

We've heard how hard and intense the training sessions are and considering we've kept the same squad for years. Could they all be burnt out?

I'm still of this thinking too. But I feel he's running out of time. The second half showed just how we can play in a 4-2-3-1 But I don't hold any hope he'll start using this again.

I think he's got 4 games to turn it around.

As professional athletes, not physically I think. But mentally. The vibe from Poch is just too contradicting in his last two seasons.

If we don't have wing backs that can cross, then why is poch playing a system that is dependent on wingbacks that can cross?

Poch has already said that there are a "lot of players ahead of them".

How this lot are ahead of anyone is a mystery to me.

Because he’s not the best tactician as well as how tied he is those tactics, which is hurting him and the team
