This squad is on its last legs, certainly defensively. But I don't see who could turn this around? Squad needs a rebuild.

i was reluctant to give Poch the boot because i believed because of what he's done for us he deserves the chance to turn things around, but i'm firmly in the Poch out camp now as it seems he's incapable of turning things around. thanks for the memories Poch but it's time to go.

I backed Poch and didn't really give a certain timescale for things to improve but this game feels the end and perhaps it should be. It's ever so sad.
