He’s just broken his arm, you classless little pricks.

Every single one of those players deserves abuse and you choose to pick on the one who snapped his arm?

Fucking hell. Get over yourselves. There’s a human behind the footballer and he’s now not going to be able to hold his young newborn son for god knows how long.

You can separate the two.

Devastated for him as a footballer and human.

Fed up to the back teeth with his shit mistakes, and the fact he's our captain. How can you have such a calamitous player as captain? It makes no sense and is one of the many reasons why I want Poch gone.

Spot on. The state of some of our "fans" this season it's embarrassing.

I hope it’s not a career ending injury, and if it is, I hope the club has the class to give him a coaching role as soon as possible.

Ouch, that is horrible to see. Get better as soon as possible Hugo and I hope this isn’t a career ender for him.

As a whole I'm gutted he's going to be out for a long period. He has his mistakes, and tends to go through the odd period of low confidence, but is an incredible fucking keeper when he's on form.

Hope you mend well and come back stronger than ever captain.

I’ve done my arm like that. Severed an artery, had to have it surgically reattached and couldn’t feel a damn thing in my arm for close to two years. I hope that’s not even close to the case for Hugo.

The injury looks horrific, and as a goalkeeper, I worry it could be the end of his playing days. ?

Wow that’s horrific. Hope you now have full mobility mate and no lasting pain or anything.

It certainly looks like it was a pretty nasty injury. From the footage behind the goal line I would guess that there was a dislocation at the elbow. Could be looking at fractures of the radius and ulna too. I'm hoping the dislocation made it look worse than it is, but not at all optimistic that he'll play again this season. Wish him all the best.

You've got to presume a back-up at least will be signed in January. Would be quite risky to go with only Gazzaniga and Whiteman for the rest of the season. Would Vorm be allowed back as an out-of-contract player on a short term deal?

Think we've been wanting to sign a young keeper who could one day take over from Lloris for a while - we have to address this in January.
