Time to go. When you feel like you're losing the passion and love for the club and don't feel hurt over losses, you know a change is in order. I'm so disillusioned right now. This time last year I would be crying.

Something needs to change ASAP

Poch abandoned the one thing that made him so successful.... You earn your place in the team. Right now, too many players are in the team based on their name. Eriksen, Toby, Alli, Rose, Toby and Jan.

If Sanchez wasnt so error prone Jan or toby could get dropped

I think his man managenent is terrible.

Jan is not fit enough he says. Didn't play for the first 3 games, then starts vs Arsenal.

Lamela has been great this season. What does Poch do? Drop him for 2 games. A nice way to build confidence.

Alli has been injured and starts in an important game vs Bayern.

Last season Lucas was dropped when he was on fire. Again, nice way to build confidence.

Last season Foyth had been out for long and had barely played for us. What does Poch do? Start him vs Arsenal.

I understand that manager has to rotate players, but Pochs timing is so bad. Really bad man management.

Solid individual isn't helping us. He is not leading the defence. Olmpiakos, Arsenal and Bayern.... Winning positions thrown away by shit defending. What job is it to control that defence? Toby and Jan. Toby played more and is still conceding goals. We need CBs that can lead the defence.

It's the full backs being so shit. Rose gets away with it because he is a committed player but he isnt good

You can talk all you want about changing out established players but this team is poorly coached and we are so far away from the 'Poch press' from the forwards down that it's getting to the stage where it's just a lottery without the ball with little regard for shape and discipline.

It's clear there are several disgruntled players at this club and almost certainly at the next available opportunity Poch will try to wield his influence to facilitate their exit but ultimately the buck stops with the manager. If he can't motivate and can't coach them to carry out his instructions then we all know how this story ends.

Think this is a good point. Normally I would be sick right now after losing in that fashion but am quite numb to be honest. Maybe because this type of result has been coming based on the overall mood.

That's normally when the fat lady starts warming her tonsils up.

I left after the fifth goal went in, I’m assuming they were booed off if anyone was left in the stadium at the final whistle.

Imagine what Levy thinks seeing everyone leave a champions league match on 80 minutes and losing 7 2 in front of the whole of Europe. Previously I wasn’t sure but now I think he’s not going to risk this continuing. He’s been in the game long enough. If there’s problems behind the scenes then he will know about it.

The thing that truly baffles me is his sudden hatred for 3 at the back, after we were the best footballing team in the country in the 2016/17 season.

It's critical point now.

Poch needs to stop fannying about and do what he did in his first season.

- Adebayaurier needs binning off. His technique is good, but his attitude is awful (hence the comparison). Sissoko is better than our other options.
- Don't care about this "not ready" stuff - Troy gives us something Llorente did, and that's a different style.
- It's time to drop Lloris. I can't see any other way of getting Kane as captain whilst sorting out the mentality at the back. He can be amazing, but I feel like he's part of the problem right now.
- Dier needs to come back as a CB
- Dele needs dropping

Some might not agree, just the same as some people probably didn't back then with several players, but we've got bad eggs and the cake is never going to taste right if we keep them in the mix.

They were indeed. That's not happened for a long time!

So I was at the game tonight unfortunately and it will go down as the single worst defeat I have and hopefully ever will witness as a Spurs fan. Take away the first 15-20 minutes it was men against boys and we got a total lesson on how to play football from a far far superior team to ours, in pretty much every single position from back to front.

What’s worse than all that was watching our players completely give up once the 5th goal went in and just literally hand two more to Bayern. For me that is a sure sign that something just isn’t working between the management and the players.

This will go down as one of our most embarrassing results in the history of the club due to the size of the competition and with the amount of people watching. Us as fans will have to put up with weeks and weeks of pure ridicule from every other supporter and actually deservedly so.

How our manager, who is held in high regard, believes that after several failed attempts, that the diamond with two limited players in Winks and Sissoko is good enough to offer a defensive shield for our defence is beyond me. How our manager, who is held in high regard, believes that selling Trippier and not replacing him was the right decision is beyond me.

I think the time has come for both parties to go their separate ways, Poch has given us some amazing times but the moment a manager flirts with another job, becomes a cryptic character in press conferences and doesn’t fully back his players, then the writing is on the wall.

This result could damage our image as a club and it’s totally unacceptable from both the management and the players. They should be ashamed at that and if they are not then they can happily leave this club of ours. The only constant at any football club is the fans, we pay our hard earned money to watch these guys play football and if they can’t band together for us then it’s time for a change.

That time is now and surely now even the most loyal Poch fan can see it.

Players like Kane have stopped busting a gut for him too

Remember the sarcastic nickname Ranieri had in his career? Tinkerman. For overthinking and changing things that didn't need changing which unsettled his squad and inhibited the potential of his teams.
This is what Poch has been doing for quite a while now and we've seen nothing that points to things getting better.

As someone said, will sacking Poch fix all the problems? No.
Will we solve the problems with Poch still at the helm? No.

It's clear however that something needs to change.

Honestly, I'd say just go with youth and the growing pains of starting them. Be done with Toby, Jan, Eriksen, Aurier and Rose.

Time to go with the players with something to prove. I honestly think that's the only option for Pochettino at this point.

Sherwood I suspect. Probably the only time I’ve ever booed our team was under him.
I've never been in a position to (I don't get to many games as I'm not an ST holder), and I've railed against it in the past, but tonight I felt it was justified.

I've been a strong supporter of Poch but the manner of that defeat was very worrying indeed. The players just seemed to throw the towell in for the last 10 minutes; suggesting the he has lost/is losing the dressing room.

To be honest if there's a stand off between the players and Poch I know who I'd back but the players always seem to win in this scenario. Truly sad to see - I heard somebody at the game tonight calling for 'that Argentine bloke' to go. He deserves much better than that - he has done so much for this club and should be respected.
