This is the only deal, I've felt reasonably confident of us completing. He's the only one who definitely seems to want to join.

Sevilla ABC often just quotes them. I've not been able to get an exact read but I think they may be the same? It's confusing.

As they say to me the agreement between clubs seems to exist, only missing last fringes.

I thought they were still looking to add a couple of players, that’s why they need to sell now. Cash out with the English premium on transfers, then wait to reinvest after our window closes when the market is less inflated.
