[MARCA] Real Betis are working on the signing of Nabil Fekir as a replacement for Lo Celso. MARCA can confirm that Fekir is on Betis' wish list, and with just one year left on his contract he may be available for a price lower than 60M€. The 25-year-old's agents are aware of Betis interest.
You'd have to doubt Fekir would be interested in going to Betis, but its nice to see they're searching for replacements all the same

Isnt it well documented that he is an utter end of a bell?We should be in for Fekir!
And apparently a dodgy kneeIsnt it well documented that he is an utter end of a bell?
Probably two big reasons why we shouldn’t be looking to sign him... Announce Lo Celso already, I’m too impatient for silly season ffs!And apparently a dodgy knee
The more I think about it, the more it makes sense. He only has one year left on his contract and has a dodgy knee. The chance to double his wages on a long contract would cover him financially in case of a career ending injury.Le Parisien confirming the Marca story. They said Betis will offer him 7 million euro per season, so it could convince him to move.

Also, id hazard a guess that there will be a reasonable release clause in his contract in case he plays well and gets the chance to move to a bigger club again
Yes but Fekir would be useful in addition as a forward option. Very versatile player.Lo Celso better for a midfield 3 too; more versatile. Fekir plays the Alli role up behind the striker
No reply to this @stewartd ?Well, what reasons make you believe otherwise?
We haven't spent for a while, we've made a fortune in recent Champions League campaigns and we've increased our revenue streams.
Plus TV money increases.
That, on top of itk info and rumours of bids we've made, lead me to the conclusion that we have plenty of money to spend and are willing to spend it.
You also have to think about Poch's comments about being backed and acting like a big club.
Levy wouldn't have rushed out to get Poch's number one target, only then then put the brakes on and decide that hes not actually going to back the best manager hes had.
