Yes we all want shiny new toys but this window is different, we’ve been asked to pay up in a major way for our season tickets so not unreasonable to expect the club to step up.
can't remember where it was posted, but the main increases in season ticket prices has mainly been the east stand, the West are not much more than they were in the old WHL. Levy froze prices quite a lot in the old stadium, so yes the East stand have seen a massive increase, and mainly those that purchased tickets at Wembley, but the real cheap ones at Wembley where up in the gods. the north and south have seen a lot smaller rise, but they where never going to be the same price.
as I said in the season ticket thread
as I've said a few times, they couldn't of sold the prices for the East to what they where in the old WHL, if they had done those at 2-3 hundred less then they would of had to drop the west instead of kind of freezing them as they are roughly the same. if they dropped those 2 by silly amounts, then the North and South would of needed to drop pretty steep too, which at the end of the day having to not only sell our best players to pay for it, we would be 5+ years more paying the same wages as before.
