Does anynody know whether the upper and lower blocks of the South stand are linked by gangways or whether they access the same bar areas? It's hard to tell from the stadium viewer. I know you have the 'freedom to move from stand to stand', but I'm thinking for half time beers here...
I think you will find that most of the food & drink are
with the stadium being probably twice as high as the WHL is the sun even gonna be a problem unless the game is at midday?
Since when has the sun been a problem in the UK !!

Possibly.

All I know is having sat in the north east corner of WHL for 15 years a cap or sunglasses were essential match day wear.

The problem people have is not that the 1882 tickets exist in other stands but that they've been put bang on in the middle of the south stand.
I don't have a problem with it. Even if it means that when I get to my purchase phase (8) it rules me out of a seat in the south stand.

Looking at the sales so far pretty obvious people are picking seats with their wallets and purses in mind, sales in the higher priced sections of the south stand 301,302,303,304,401,402,403 are way below in proportion to the cheaper blocks and not many seem to fancy the crows nest seats in blocks 401-3 even though they are some of the cheaper seats in the stadium.

There's loads of the £995 seats left though. Just hoping there is the odd one here or there come April 18th!

Surely the club won't put those 1882 seats up for general sale on match days when they only sell a handfull? They'll probably charge in excess of £100 a ticket - need to scrap it!!

They will all sell. Let's not all get stupid and think they won't and we can all have a go at THFC.
We're on phase 3 of 8 whereby only a fraction of actual season ticket holders have been able to renew. 5 more phases to go and then there are 50-60 THOUSAND people on a waiting list to offer them to.

I would suspect at least half will be gone by the time we end phase 8. Did we clarify how many actual tickets in this class were available? I heard it wasn't as many as 1,882

Gonna stand in the south as that’s where the atmosphere is. Probably lower gonna be sold out so we will have to go upper

I plan to sit down in my seat in row 41 in the South. Don't think it works for people to say they wanted to stand in the South lower, couldn't get a seat there, so going to stand somewhere else.

South stand is where the atmosphere and wall of noise is. In the old south upper we often stood for periods of games. Can’t imagine it will be any different in the new one

Anyone who thinks they're going to buy a ticket anywhere in the south stand and not spend at least most of the match standing up is living in dreamland.

It's exactly why I bought my tickets in the north stand.

Can I suggest, further to this, that people who buy their tickets there don't spend the whole match asking those ahead of them to sit down?
Go and sit in the east stand with all the other sitters.
Sitting down kills the atmosphere.

I'm certain this has been answered but hope someone could clarify. Are the club making all seats available from day 1 or are they reserving some to allow all phases the chance to purchase the cheaper ones?

Agree, which is why I chose not to sit there, but maybe if the club hadn't made the decision to give over large parts of the East Lower to corporates and away fans this problem would be reduced.

I’ve learnt somethind today. I actually thought it was illegal to stand at football grounds but now realise that is not the case and it is actually a rather grey area, but certainly not illegal. Given this is the case, would it not have made sense for the club to be clear that they were going to police this strictly in certain stands and not in others?

It’s all very well saying people should know not to buy tickets in the south Stand if they want to sit, but not everyone goes on forums so might not necessarily know where people are likely to stand. In fact the people most likely to want to sit down are exactly the sort of people (older) that are less likely to come on forums. Is that ageist?! Apologies if so.

I’ve had a season ticket at Spurs for 14 years and genuinely didn’t know there were areas in the ground where people stood for the whole game until we moved to Wembley and were put next to people who stood the whole game. I think it’s risky to expect us to police it ourselves.

I will be doing that. It's a seat and I will be in it for a long time.
I’m 6 foot 4 so you best hope row 40 sells out before I get mine
:ROFLMAO:
On a serious note Why on earth would you want to sit in the south stand row 41 and kill the atmosphere in our new stadium?
