Just reported him.
Just reported him.
Yes but beating these sides are bread and butter what gets you the big prizes are getting maximum of your rivals.
Both should have gone IMO. Dier (because he was on a yellow) for Son, and Wanyama for Winks.I love Wanyama but he looked a bit off the pace today. I was hoping it would be him and not Dier that Son replaced
Personally very encouraged by that performance. 70% possession against (an albeit weakened) Chelsea is impressive.
Another day we'd have won easily.
Wanyama looked rusty & was surprised Dier was hooked instead of him - maybe his booking influenced poch's decision.
Kane looks so sharp, a decent summer off has done him the world of good.
Lloris will be disappointed after all he's a world class keeper but these things happen.
Strengthen with a couple or three new faces this week then lets go on a massive unbeaten run.
Fucking love my club these days!! Used to get annoyed losing to Chelsea but expected it. Now I'm gutted because we've outplayed them and left empty handed.
You are actually arguing against your own opinion. Son does not belong to UTD, Chelsea or City, he belongs to us. So arguably our bench do have game changers as well without having to look at the others in envy. That is the point I was trying to make.Arguably. But look at how Son changed the mix. Yea we are capable but they soaked up our pressure, and mugged us when most vulnerable. Do feel a Son plus one type player would ask different questions
We were slow out of the blocks and Conte tactical outmanuvered Poch. We kept going and at 1-1 looked like winning but again lack of concentration and goalkeepers error cost us. We currently miss pace and clinical finishing but overall a good performance just lacked the rub of the green.
That's a record attendance for a pl game isn't it?
sorry but that's utter codswallop. We dominated them all over the pitch but didn't get the rub of the green.
For me, Alderweireld has not been the same since that injury last autumn. His footwork does not seem to be as quick.
Hated losing to this ratbag team. Hated losing my first home match as a ST holder. But no panic as Wanyama won't lose the ball as many times in the while rest of the season and we will only get better
Roll on Burnley next week
Wanyama was poor, unfortunately he hasn't been the same player since injury. Winks probably would have been a better option around the hour mark, have given the ball away so cheaply at the end and their winning goal might not have happened.
Hey ho we march on!
Three games then.
Don't think we can, can we? I thought match day was capped at 60kI think we will break that record next week.
