I heard that too. Personally, if Southampton are willing to do business then I hope he gets signed. We lost out on MS because we missed the moment.

Mind you, as it happens I believe we will (not Rodriguez though), but hey ho.
THe only reason I wouldn't put money on it is because the odds would be so low that you wouldnt win anything besides a few cents it's so nailed on. In fact, theres probably no where to put money on it since it's so nailed on the betting would be suspended.

Ok guys. Never had ITK before but this is from a very reliable source. Thing is we all know about this 1 but J Rod to spurs today is a real possibility. If not today then def in the summer.

I agree. It just seems like a no brainer. I know that he's just coming back from a nasty injury but quality forwards are hard to come by.

I am still really unsure about this move. I would rather leave it till the summer when there will be more options available anyway.

Yeah you'd worry if he came back soon and looked good and scored a few goals. Pool, City etc would all be sniffing. I guess no one will go for it now until he proves he's back fully fit!
This move needs time and a long medical to go ahead to test his fitness. Reading the Southampton forum they don't seem optimistic he'll feature this season so why make a last minute move to sign him?

His contract is up 2016 from what I believe so his value will keep going down and if we really still want him we can go for him in the summer.
