I think Mourinho is being pretty disingenuous with his "do your medical in private" comments. I also think this deal has a whiff of Mourinho keeping his former employee in his place and Chelsea keeping a viable threat below them.

I find it really hard to believe that that position was one that he was looking at thinking "need to strengthen ALM/ACM" where they have Hazard, Mata & Oscar, Schurrle etc

Pretty heavy rumours, when Mourinho's basically implied that he's their's, and they've had a bid accepted by Anzi.

Apparently Willian is "Yet to decide", but that's just prolonging the agony, better to accept he's gone for the money, and Kia's the **** that orchestrated it, the total and utter slimy ****

Like I say the Baldini/Roma connection but he has to be the guy for the Chiriches deal.

We had this discussion already A&C. It went something like this:
-Who the fuck is Pietro?
-He represents Romanian and Italian players.
-He has pictures of Lamela on his website.
-No he doesn't, thats another Roma player who happens to have dark hair.
-Lamela in fact has a different agent/agency.
-Pietro and the Becalis who represent Chiriches and run Steaua do lots of business together.
-Victor Becali, listed as Chiriches's agent, is Pietro's godfather.
-He's probably there for Chiriches then.

Just like for us, no deal is official until it's on a club's OS with the player holding that club's shirt. We all thought he was going to us, and one ITK said just a few formalities to sort out. As close as could be. Until it's on the Chelsea OS, it's not officially done in my book. No matter what Jose says.

Couldn't he be talking us about both Lamela AND Chiriches? Certainly sounds possible to me.

They need a top strike PDQ - Willian is just a silly buy unless Mata or Oscar are being dangled in front of Moyes.

Exactamundo. Jose is complicit, and also no longer of any entertainment value. This is a bitter man back from Spain. 'Kia' was obviously texting like Brody in the Pentagon. Best move for Levy is to install a faraday cage in the contracts signing room...

All ITK is given with the best of their knowledge & unless AVB, Levy, Lewis or one of the players are a secret community member they always get in 2nd, 3rd or 4th hand. This is why always the proverbial pinch of salt has to be taken with ALL itk.

I love this site & A&C's early morning jokes/banter/rant/story or melodic wake up call has personally got me through some difficult times. A smile in the morning can make the most trying of times better.

I have noticed in the last few months an amazing amount of septics have joined us, if u need to know what this means ur one of them. And all I can say is welcome to the heartache & joy that is being a Tottenham supporter. We are Tottenham, super Tottenham , from the Lane & although we may not have the capacity/trophies/global awareness of some other clubs in the EPL. We are the special club with (in my view) the philosophy that makes football (Yes it's called football, because we use our feet!) BEAUTIFUL!!! Brazil did it in the 60's and 70's and Spain do it now, it's about the fluidity of movement, the spectacular goal & although sometimes we lose, we have a way of playing & trophies will never compensate for that special moment.

Back to the In The Know, many of the best & greatest have taken a knock with Will (I Am)/Will (I Not) the last couple of days. And to be honest it doesn't matter. Lamela/Criches/Alderwield/Voldermort/Eriksen/A N other, may or may not join. But at the end of the day none of it matters, we and I mean WE all support the best club in the world.

We're in a good position. We're stronger with or without Bale now IMO. I'm sure 2/3 of these names we're being linked with in the ITK will come through. Cheers to the ITK'rs to posting, whilst still receiving shit for doing it.

Agree 100%.

There is no doubt in mind they were concerned by the squad we were putting together. They knew this type/quality of player could of seen us completing a very formidable side.
