Mystery's info makes sense. We know most if not all the noise was coming from Real and their pet paper. Until the transfer window is over though I believe Real & Marca will continue their BS brigade, it's their blood type.

Words cannot describe how good Mystery's info makes me feel. I've always been confident Bale wasn't going anywhere (more through believing Real don't have the money than anything else) and the weight of opinion now seems to be in that corner.

I think the contracts and endorsements are most telling if they detail that it's dependent on Bale being a Tottenham player. Let's be honest we painted Barnett as the villain here and if he's getting his pockets lined very nicely through these deals; he has no reason to push Bale going Madrid at least until next year.

I really hope Mystery is right but I've been told something different. I don't think Bale would have left the meeting fuming if he was happy to stay. But fingers crossed DL stands strong and Bale gets over it and gives us at least one more good season.

Considering I think someone said he wasn't dependent on Bale leaving, it COULD and may happen if he forces AM to accept a lower fee as he doesn't want to go to Donetsk.

I believe anything is possible with this side. Get the defense sorted, and we are there.
