I was told that DL has a total of 50 million to spend on players we just spent 7 million on the Boy for Belgium so we have 43 left to spend.
I trust DL to get the best deal or deals possible but Joe Lewis wants Spurs in the Champions League and is willing to invest the cash to do it

But A&C was dismissive at the Bale comments, he didn't flat out say no to Bale but that we would have to think hard, so i dont think its bale related at all.
Plus in the middle? Thats not bale's normal position, i know he plays where he wants, but Bale is rarely described as a player in the middle.

Two more years is a song by Bloc Party. So the cryptic must mean: Dan Levy to block any striker move for two more years
Not wishing to be a pedant but that was Stealers Wheel no? Stealers Wheel was Gerry Rafferty and Joe Egan, so maybe it's Gerry Armstrong making a comeback or Joe Jordan, now I know the need for a new striker is getting desperate but ffs

Also regarding Atlanta Yid's most recent post on COYS (the one who has close source to Joe Lewis)
He said 'guess we only have £43 million to spend now'
So the £50 million talked about wasn't including Paulinho.
