Wigan is a lot like some of these poorer African nations,where they have one computer for every 500 people.
I think the Africans are much more likely to live until 50 though.

I must admit to living round that way for a bit in me youth, stayed in this council estate between Wigan and Ashton in Makerfield called the Lanegate estate. Proper shithole, There use to be a horrible show called the hitman and her on late night telly with a Black Dancer called Clive with stupid wigs, he was the only famous person from that estate, that's how bad it was. Though have to admit, they do a proper good pie round that way.
