This from @yamitsi

@yamitsi: @nad_THFC I used to post on there a lot, then they started to ask for 'donations' for server costs. I offered to buy the site and host it...

@yamitsi: @nad_THFC got told no, then looked into page views and the Google Adsense on the website and realised they prob didnt even need 'donations'

Pot....kettle anyone?

This concerns me greatly!! Am I/Are we, contributing to A&C's constant craving for

SO. AC and Rob were bang on all along. They would be naturally but unless someone was ITK before this twitter guff started, they've no place in this thread at least. They're twitter perosnalities with nobody knowing who or what sources/connections they have. What makes them different to the millions of other twitterers? Just randoms blurting stuff out an a social networking site

Journos and the like are interesting as well as JJ, the ITK to unite us all, but otherwise they come and go, 2 or 3 new names (the same people recycled probably) each window. Saying nothing much except how exciting the stuff is they know, without sharing it.

They are getting enough of the attention they seem to crave so much, they don't need ours as well.

It simply isn't ITK.

I think boredom is just perpetuating all this slagging for some, its needlessly being drawn out. People will have different opinions on this so its probably best to just avoid the subject all together in here for the good of the thread - just my opinion anyway.

Liked the Goats ITK tonight - very encouraging.

For me personally I get great enjoyment out of the forum, especially during the transfer window and I will donate at the end of this window may it be £1 or £100 that's my business and I really don't give two fucks where the money goes to.

Coops, no probs. I haven't seen a lot of bad things on here. They have questioned their quotes and sources. I feel until these ITK's have proven themselves then they must expect to questioned.:)

Cheers mate, I knew (ok hoped) You'd understand (y).. Obviously I agree wholeheartedly & see no problem whatsoever with them being questioned?

I just don't see it as that big a deal. I don't think people should be going onto twitter and laying into Akqa, Gards, and others...but it's pretty obvious that Akqa pissed off a lot of people on this forum, so it's hardly surprising that a few negative comments crop up.

I don't think he has pissed anyone off, for me he is seen as a (bit of a) joke and tbh rightly so considering his previous, and so the comments reflect this a lot of the time. Only himself to blame.

I don't know about the Gards abuse, but sadly, Akqa brought it upon himself. The Summer window was my first one hanging around here and my first time paying attention to ITK.

Akqa started out ok, but became increasingly hostile as people started to question his legitimacy. By the end of the month, he was in full on abuse mode, cursing out people on twitter for basically calling him a WUM.

I unfollowed him pretty quickly, but if he thinks he is being "abused" he just needs to look in the mirror.

It's being criticised by people gullible enough to treat the words of akqa, gards, etc...as gospel. If anything it will probably encourage more people to join SC, especially when the window closes and they realise they were duped by the ego bunch.

a few days ago Gards was regarded as good ITK. Just because he is mates with someone you are not keen on and likes to have a bit of fun on twitter does not mean his info is any poorer

I think all ITKs on Twitter should take the honourable route pioneered by Adiepf on SC, commit to a date by which their ITK will be fulfilled or agree to stop posting :)

@GuillemBalague: Negredo and Spurs: 'He was considered by Chelsea before Demba Ba, but not now. Spurs ARE NOT talking to him either. So after all it might have been a wasted trip for del Nido"

Why would del Nido travel without a secured meet? Can't see Sevilla hugely desperate to offload him in the winter window. Maybe another red herring.

Do the other 2 of the twitter trio don't know about akqas past on here? Maybe that's why they're so defensive, they might not know of some of his 'itk' during the summer etc.

I haven't seen any abuse directed towards gards or suter, just people saying they're sceptical of their info as there isn't much of a track record. The only reason they get mentioned in a bad light is because of the stuff we've experienced with akqa before getting everyone excited

You guys talking about the crap posted on twitter might see membership dwindle on here. I've just read a whole bunch of shit on here that would certainly have the same effect

This blokes running round with their bank account details for the wire haha

Well he pissed me off during the last window, so that's one at least. Seems like a nice enough bloke, and clearly loves Spurs. I also think he does get genuine info from time to time, but can't seem to stop himself from making up complete fiction between the legitimate info he gets. Most of us understood that this was what he was doing, but I'm sure he unfairly raised the hopes of a lot of fellow Spurs fans who took him at face value. That's a pretty childish and mean-spirited things to do in my opinion.

Anyone can view this part. When we get busier it might go private.
