I know we all complain about how late we do our transfer business but really, there's nothing more exciting/terrifying than being a spurs fan at the moment. Will we pull off a coup? Will we accidentally manage to sign nobody but 8 new goalkeepers by Saturday? Will we EVER manage to sign Leandro? Who the hell knows!

For me, there are two players that are must haves if we want to finish in the top 4 this season. One is Dembele (or Moutinho) and the other is Hugo Lloris. I'd be over the moon if we met Lyon's asking price and brought him in. I'm convinced we would have at least 4 points right now if we had Lloris as our keeper. Brad has done well for us, and he will still get games as a back-up, but we need a more mobile sweeping option at the back. Lloris is tremendous value at this stage.

Also we truly never know whats going on behind the scenes in these partnerships. We have one with the San Joe Earthquakes too dunno if we've done anything for them!

We also have partnerships with a South African team and a Japanese one too.

Wonder when the next announcement will be.

I'm thinking Willian though next. Very excited at this acquisition. Wasn't it at about 23-24 that Ronaldinho really started to bloom?

Me thinks there's a reason Chelski bid 27m last year.

Well its really just AVB isnt it? haha. Why is no one else in for him? I know that isnt a benchmark for rating a player but seems just AVB is in for him really.

So much smoke a the moment around Lloris, can't help thinking he will be announced in the next couple of days.

I hope modric appreciates what we did for him. He could be at Chelsea now but because of us he's at Madrid instead. Fingers crossed that levy can finalise a few deals over the next few days. Willian sounds like an exciting player, but I really hope we can find a second striker by the end of the week.

So have we figured out who 'dark blue' is? I assumed Lloris but Potl said he would allow Willian to play further forward so I have no idea who that is. Second thought was M'Vila but JJ said we're not looking at him.

Chelsea put in a bid for him again this summer aswell, so AVB must've convinced them he's good.

JJ may have said that but there seems to be loads of other sources suggesting that we are. *Scratches head*

We've loaned them Simon Dawkins a couple of times....

Lloris, Dembele, M'vila & Willian £13-15m a pop, maybe enough left with another sale to pick up a striker, Aubemeyang is rumoured to be less than £10m..... Hopeful... But possible? Probably a bit too much for one week...
