did Rodge not say it was close...well perhaps Levy is trying to edge that extra few mil out of them.
If we get 33-35 million for Modric going to Madrid its pretty sufficient in my eyes. What a bonus that he'll be out of the Premier League.
Would you rather him go to United for a few extra million, I sure as hell wouldn't.
I believe its actually twice!
Maybe because you have a twisted mind! But reading back i'm thinking the same! Why does that statement scare the shit out of me?
I really can't recall the last time 'Roger Morgan' got anything of importance right. I can recall his bemoaning his Blackberry's packing in prevented him from being first with the news that Bale had signed.
Archibald knows that Broomfield's gone (did he fall or was he pushed?), but is apparently unaware that the Bearded Wonder and Vertonghen are done deals? Interesting…
All the rumours tonight... Isn't this about the time JJ usually posts? Probably won't come on tonight in fear of all the questions thrown at him.
Moutinho would be a nightmare. Yes he's been fairly good this tournament, but this tournament is not an away fixture in the Premier League and I've seen enough of him to be pretty certain that he wouldn't cut it.
We've got a serious job replacing Modric (if he does go), and just picking out players that look a bit like him when they play, for me, may not be the best solution. I'd say that, bar City with Silva, we are the only club in the league with a player like Luka, yet The Goons and United still finished above us, and Chelsea played us off the pitch in our biggest game of the season.
Maybe therefore we should spend money on a different type of central midfielder (perhaps goal scoring) to play with Sandro/Parker in a different system? The new manager I'm sure will weigh all of this up before deciding on how crucial keeping Luka is.
Anyway, pinch of salt and all that. It is another piece of journo ITK after all... In JJ we trust!

When has Modric ever performed away from home......?
God I love it went JJ enters the arena.
Like clockwork, Roger Morgan:
