I hope Martinez isn't being considered.
maybe the new manager is Vertonghen
He wouldn't replicate it on all probability because we don't have several of the worlds best players, and he has set a high bar with two CLs and three Liga titles. However, he would improve us. Before him Barca were a collection of some wonderful individuals. He brought them the organisation, work ethic and teamwork which has allowed them to play the precise, beautiful football they've played under him. So while I don't want Redknapp out, I do believe that we'd be trading up for guardiola. Anyway, it'd never happen. Why do you think Pep would be able to replicate his Barça success here?
Which itk was it who said Mourinho has seriously recommended AVB to Levy?
See Chelsea have all but wrapped up hulk..
Why are all these players signing for high paying Chelsea when they don't even have a manager in place?
Who is making these signings? do they even have a director of football?

I'll just dream that Pep comes in. May aswell dream big.
Couldn't you as easily suggest the same for the other five teams?
All six clubs had a core of 8-9 players who started over two-thirds of all league games. Ours, no surprise whatsoever, comprised Friedel, Walker, Kaboul, Benny, Bale, Modric, VdV, Parker and Ade. You've then got a dozen or so more making between one and 20 starts, and a few odd bods making a handful of sub experiences. As far as we're concerned, it's a pretty safe assumption that Lennon, Dawson, Huddlestone and Sandro would have figured more prominently had injury not prevented them.
If you can find one example of where i have 'neg repped' someone for mentioning dos santos, i would be extremely interested to see this.
i dont care enough about the 'rep' system to bother annoying people by giving them bad feedback. I come on here to have a look at the transfer rumours, read the itk and give my views in some of the threads, whereas if you see something you disagree with, you seem intent on airing that view and starting a feud.
your probably a grown man, with a house/job etc, its an internet forum, let it go mate. (although i highly doubt that you are seeing as your picture is of a teddy bear, although each to their own i guess)
Capello is damaged goods now, dont think he has a shot in England the players won;t take him seriously - much like McClaren.
Would love Ancelotti and am sure he would happily walk away from PSG for a job in London. The guy is a winner and gets his teams playing some really good stuff. Plus a massive name in European football could attract top players.
Have said for a while if the links with Txiki Bergistrain (sorry on spelling) are to be believed then Rijkaard could be coming with him, that would be massive.
Also agree that I DO NOT want Martinez, I mean he got Wigan to play for like 7 games this season and just kept them up .... I don't think that good criteria if we don't want to continue with Harry
I was under the impression that DL was sold on the idea of employing a DOF and only suspended his preference to accomodate Harry.
So if Harry goes Txiki Begiristain with Rijkaard or AVB would make sense. Levy needs to delegate more.
What's up with you? Same old SS57, some things never change. If I told you the sky is blue you'd still argue it.
