I think he’s recycling old news with the whole Doherty playing same role as Aurier last season with Davies tucking in.

That was a tactic used with the resources we had last season, not necessarily thought of as the long term plan, plus lots of teams have two attacking full backs as long as midfield covers (like Liverpool do with TAA and Robertson).

I far prefer AllyGold's youtube channel. Probably the best Spurs commentator out there. A damn site more reasoned and knowledgable than these watchalong over-reaction youtube "celebrities" that seem on the rise.

I agree with that. He obviously knows his stuff and he's very fair-minded and thoughtful about the club and what we're doing on and off the pitch.

Pretty much. I'm not going to do a book review but he comes across very relaxed and natural on camera just giving his opinion like you were having a beer with him. His writing seems more forced and I keep having to reread sentences/paragraphs because it doesn't flow naturally (for me, at least). It's not a big deal.

I think that he has to keep out churning articles which is the editor's decision, sometimes there's just not that much happening, so the article can be obvious or banal. But there's no doubt he loves the club, personally, I like his writing style and I do tend to agree with what he writes
