What's new

Why are we playing 3 Mondays in a row and not once BEFORE Leicester?

We're out of the Europa League right? So why is it that we're always playing on Sundays or Mondays?

At least we'll get some more money from the TV pot from these games. How many tv games does this make for the season? 24? 25?

What about it? Aren't Leicester capable of being on television? And since when is television so goddamn interested in us? Spurs/Stoke and/or Spurs-West Brom are the games the nation wants to see?!?

Not having a go at you mate just dumbfounded/supremely fucking annoyed that not once are we on on a Saturday- or at ANY time before them.

Why not throw Leicester on the box on Monday? Aren't they the big story? Shouldn't they get top billing?

Sorry- I just don't get it...

Uh Twan, Leicester are getting all the Sunday TV spots, do you think Sky would willingly let the two title challengers spend the last 5 weeks off TV?

It's crazy we play after them every week, I agree. Gives Leicester less pressure but if they lose and we win each week the pressure increases as they points gap will close.

But I'm not complaining that we are on TV. It's great that it'd not all about Chelsea or City, United and Pool. In depth analysis on MNF when we close the gap every week, watching the Sky bods squirm as the golden boys of Walkers crisps aren't as far ahead and the fairy tale is popping like squashed packet of Prawn Cocktail.

Youd think they'd mix it up a little, waiting until our match on a Monday makes the weekend less fun.

Couldn't we alternate early/late games with Leicester like last Sunday? Would be fairer, more exciting, and they'd get more international viewers too (evening games don't work in Oz).

its a matter of preference one could say the pressure is on them to perform knowing that we could gain ground the next day makes no difference imo

The West brom game is Monday because they play on the Thursday before.....
Although the league never did us any favours when we played on a Thursday!

With the TV money that is available to every club it's a bit hypocritical to complain when you want to put your game on the TV, they aren't just going to hand you the money!
