Only real negative feedback I had over here was from the United and Arsenal fans i tend to spend most of my time around. Asked them how it is to watch football on a Thursday night because I've forgotten what that feels like. That shut them up pretty quick.

Arsenal fans can really fuck off. We put up more fight against Pool in the big final than they did against Chelsea in the Mickey Mouse one.

There were some real cringeworthy posts on my timeline Saturday night and Sunday morning from Arsenal fans. I ended up posting a message congratulating Liverpool and reminding Arsenal fans that they’ll be playing Thursday night football again next season.

In amongst that I tried to be as patronising as I could.

‘It’s cool though, I’ll openly admit we used to do the same in the 90’s when we were shit - we rarely did anything of note so Arsenal losing a game meant the world to us. So I get it, I really do...’

That went down well with the gooners... they didn’t like that truth bomb at all. Even got pm’s from a couple of them, one of whom has now been deleted for good! Didn’t like him anyway, old school friend who looks like Noel Edmonds.

I love these "My Arsenal/Chelsea/United/Liverpool mates said this. But I totally shut them up with this devastating comeback".

Who said anything about shutting them up? It made them twice as loud if anything.

The Gooner in my office walked in this morning and asked if he should remove all the sharp objects... :ROFLMAO:
Eventually I asked him how he felt after Wednesday night and he said it was just a case of hoping we also lost.
He says an EL final in the manager's first season isn't bad, but with the players they lose in the Summer, plus no CL to entice others in, is a bit of a kick in the bollocks.

When the dust settles Arsenal are gonna be in for a rude awakening when they realise the kind of players they'll end up buying and the state of their squad come the start of next season.

New TV money has probably ruined them because the owner no longer needs Champions League to make the money, he seems happy to keep ticking along.

I had a huge Israeli flag draped around my neck all day Saturday in Madrid. Lost count of the number of non-Jewish Spurs fans who asked to borrow it so they could have their picture taken with it.

We have Jewish supporters walking around our stadium wearing yarmulkes with not a care in the world. In no other club is is this possible (except Ajax)

This is just one reason why our love our club so much and take such pride when we sing YID ARMY.

this is also why that racist bastard Galloway lost his shit and his job

I always try to distinguish between opposition to the government of Israel and and anti-semitism.

Galloway's comment was unadulterated anti-semitism, masquerading as an anti-Israel comment.
