Yes...some of us do think maybe the team switched off because of the massive gap over ArseScum we had. I, personally, consider that our dip in form was the interplay of several discrete factors.
I have also considered that maybe Mr Redknapp had already told Mr Levy he was staying. It doesn't alter my outlook too much. If Mr Levy decides to keep him on I will still support Mr Redknapp and the team in August...although, for reasons given, I would have this nagging suspicion that no matter how well we were doing a final third of the season implosion could be around the corner. If Mr Levy decides to replace him, especially if we fail to make CL, I would consider it as fair enough, and not spend the next five years mooning after our lost leader (who sleeps in the hills waiting to aid us in our hour of greatest need, or summit) - even if that new leader was Rafa Benitez .
