Predictions for today... My weekend can not be a complete and utter disaster, so I will go with a Spurs win of 3 - 0.

Ade will be able to hold up the ball, so we should be able to retain possession in the final 3rd better than last week. I predict a win, although Lukaku might trouble our centerbacks a bit. It will be a good test for them.

We could always use a blowpipe to tranquillise Lukaku legs and make him as helpful as wobbly jelly during nitroglycerine production.

Anyone else worried that Shane Long is gonna cause massive problems to our (supposed back 2 of Gallas and Vertonghen?)
He has the beating of them everyday with his pace...

Why worry about long? Shouldn't they be more worried about Bale, Defoe and Adebayor?

Yeah but WBA aren't a muggy side and Vert looked v. uncomfortable in pre-season using high-line...

Here's hoping we just thrash them (y)

I'm getting very excited about today's game now tat Ade is back in the fold - this feels more like what the season opener should've felt like. Some sites reporting Adebayor to start, so WBA will need to be worried about Ade, Bale, and VDV just as any opponent should be every week!!
