You just need to do a negative test and enter your test result on the NHS app so you can prove it.

You don’t have to buy them, you can just order them from the government website for free.

Sorry to be an arsehole but you should be doing one to protect other people in the stadium anyway. I wouldn’t like it if I sat right next to someone who didn’t take a test because they thought it wouldn’t be checked.

It could be passed on to the person next to you and then they could give it to someone who ends up in hospital, not worth the risk.

Really interested to see how we play tonight - won't be any huge changes but Lloris spoke a lot about how he's been giving the team info about "structure" so how we set up could be reflective of how he wants us to play for the rest of the season.

It doesn't take long to establish some broad patterns of play so hopefully we'll see some evidence of that tonight and at the weekend.

I think we will mostly see passion and desire tonight, presumably with a formation change, but I am not expecting miracles, could very well be a tight affair.

What will be a positive is the crowd and that should play a big part. However, let us not forget it is still the same players and they may well still be fragile and wary of mistakes. What I expect however is if we become ponderous that Conte will not stand for it on the sidelines.

Better to at least make mistakes wanting to do the right thing, rather than play too safe and still end up losing (not that I expect to lose this evening).

This literally makes zero sense.

Having the vaccine (which I have, before anyone starts wailing) does not stop you catching or transmitting the virus.

Therefore requiring those who've not been vaccinated to take a test, but requiring those who have been vaccinated not to, is completely illogical. If anything, the unvaccinated person is only putting themselves at risk, not other people.

I don't give a shit if people near me have taken tests or not - I've had the vaccine, therefore I've done all I realistically can to safeguard myself. Now life continues.

I’ve taken the test last night as mate I’m going with had the test kits. I have no problem taking them - where did I say that? I just didn’t have any kits myself and I’m not in the loop of how to get hold of them at such short notice. That’s it.

By that reasoning though we should all be tested every single day to get on the tube vaccinated or not. Make it make sense.

Fully vaccinated people have a greatly reduced incidence of catching the virus (~90%) and a reduced incidence of passing it on, the latter because they have less viral load and emit virus for a shorter period.

Studies vary, but they average out at about a 50% reduction in transmission by fully vaccinated and infected people. So when you add in the 90% reduction in the likelihood of getting infected, the cumulative effect is a very large reduction in transmission to others by vaccinated people.
