I don't know why I get LOLs when I say I'd want him back. Poch rates him.
He won't get the space he gets at Swansea nor is he fit enough to play in our system. He's a goal scorer rather than a creator and doesn't get involved in enough all round play. We need better players than him if we want to push on.

He has 11 goals and 8 assists. Have you actually watched Swansea when they haven't been coping with their defence already having fallen apart around them?

Harry congratulating Pochettino on having a better win ratio than him over 100 games, then telling him he's done a fantastic job, loves watching us play, and believes we can catch Chelsea.

Pochettino seemed genuinely pleased to hear it, and it was good to see.

Lovely to hear Harry praise Pochettino.

We got a win, could have been a resounding win, also at the end could have been a draw ...
But....We did get all three points....excellent..

Gylfi would be a great backup for Alli, could fit in his position quite nicely. Similar players, except Gylfi prefers an edge of the box shot rather than a late run to the 6 yard box

Do you think Sigurdsson would join Spurs to be a bench player, when that was the whole reason he left in the first place?

Ummm, have you or anyone who agreed with this post actually watched a Swansea game or 2 since Siggy left us? Swansea's attack runs through Siggy. He is their main creator.

He also runs in treacle. He isn't energetic enough for our system.

He praised him once before the Swansea match which is standard practice of playing tribute to an ex player.

I cannot believe we have rocked up at Anfield so laid back and tried to...

a) Play it out from the back.
b) Played 2 in CM against their 3.

It's almost like we believed the 'Liverpool are in a rut' story and ignored the fact it was because Matip and Mane were at ACN and Coutinho was out injured. Shocking start to a very important game!!!
