Did anyone else notice how much our players changed positions and formations today? We'd switch from a four at the back with Dier in midfield, to him dropping into a three man defence, and I even noticed Walker go back into a three man defence with Son moving to WB at one point - can't remember if Davies did the same on the opposite side.

Seemed to confuse the hell out of Bournemouth. They had absolutely nothing today, genuinely the 4-0 scoreline flattered them. Was hilarious the cheer that went up from their end when they had a shot in the second half and then they started singing of "we've had a shot". They must absolutely hate playing us - they scored in the first minute of their first game against us after getting promoted but then in the next 360 minutes against us we've scored 12 without reply.

Yes. They even highlighted it on tv.

QF CL isn't too shabby, cut him some fucking slack.

I appreciate what Harry did for us, but he pissed me off with that quote, then fucked us off for his England ambition.

I'm sure you read the ITK about him texting Levy during the funeral of Levy's mother, demanding a new contract. Classy guy. He got sacked days later.

Lads, we've just won 4-0...

Again.

Can you not just enjoy it, rather than looking for yet another reason to argue?

Their gameplan was obviously to have a
Afobe and King try and get at our defenders and CMs while still having the energy to burst forward when they won the ball in a decent area. Needless to say it didn't work well for them.

King showed some nice things early on, had a nice play where he got past Toby and hit a sweet cross-field ball but struggled to get into our box, with or without the ball, which wasn't exactly his fault.
They seemed to seriously underestimate how good Alderweireld and Vertoghen are on the ball as their strikers always dropped deep and didn't pressure them and left Vertonghen and Alderweireld to sling the ball around as they saw fit which often saw us tear apart their tight banks of four.

ITK.........if you believed that bullshit story then you must have been frothing at the mouth when The Daily Star declared that they had proof that a B52 bomber had landed on the Moon.

Managers come and managers go as Poch will do one day, but to diss Redknapps record is plain daft.

Yeah let's thank him for the 15 point gap he managed to fuck up en'all

You don't really want to go down that road after last season do you?

There is no difference between that season under Redknapp and last season under Poch. Both sides lost their way due to inexperience and plain bad football.

Get over yourself.

I still love Harry. If we didn't have Pochettino here as a comparison then he'd be the best manager we've had in at least the 20 years that I've been watching Spurs, if not longer. I understand why people went sour on him, but personally my memories of his tenure are still very positive overall, and him being second only to Pochettino in the managers I've seen us employ during my time is no case of damning with faint praise. Great times (on the whole) with Harry, even better times now with Pochettino.

They did and wrongly commentated that it was in bad taste.

I certainly don't like the man, don't get the media England love in one bit, but I will not cheer another person getting injured. I will however take a degree of joy in this coming back to bite him in the sense that Spurs have overtaken Arsenal and his career has nose dived.

It's not like he's died or isn't getting paid. I'm not ashamed to say I cheered when he went down and I'll cheer the next 10 times as well.

As the video above shows, Wilshere has no class and an ingrained hatred of us. Don't worry Jack, the feeling is very much mutual.

If one of our players trashed Arsenal in the way he's trashed Spurs, I'd fully expect their fans to behave in the same way. Wouldn't blame them either.

I've just watched the re-run of the game. The way Wilshere went steaming into Kane when he injured himself makes me think his intention was to job Kane, fortunately he failed and did himself in the process.

Regarding the tactical flexibility, just watching the game back again, and just after Wanyama comes on, he appears to drop into RCB with Dier partnering Dembele in the CM 2, but then after Wanyama plays the ball across, he roves forward into space, then Dier spots it and immediately shuffles across the RCB, with Wanyama staying in CM.
