Last year the language I heard at the match was atrocious so this year I shall sit at home with a pillow over my ears and hope for no violent tackles. Oh and with a glass of Chardonnay. I bloody love soccer. Pardon the profanity

And while you are sitting there you can read up on the difference between daffodils and potatoes!

If singing songs bad mouthing those fucking gooners is wrong, i don't want to be right. That moral high ground bologna be damned

Back to the topic....

I'm very nervous we're going to get killed the next 2 games. Park the bus and pray for something to go our way. Only way we get anything out of this, really. Arsenal are much more well rounded than us and quite frankly are a better team. The tactics at the library were fucking perfect. Emulate that again tomorrow and vs liverpool please. Im pleading with you, Poch. Park the damn bus. Thank you. That is all

Forget the chant bollocks, if this kind of mindset is right then I'd rather be wrong! Christ you'd think we were relegation fodder, not 2 points behind Arsenal and actually above Liverpool o_O

Stayed up late hoping to wake up around 12 to lessen the wait, and bloody wake up at 8 am.

Am I the only one who thinks the Sky News coverage of the NLD is dire. Seems like they are trying to forget it is on just because BT have the game live. Childish and not really looking after their customers. Another reason I am glad I cancelled Sky Sports.

Watched it for the last 45 minutes and not even a mention of the game. Just Merseyside footage over and over again. They then said they would talk about the other big games of the day and went on to talk about the Chelsea and City games. Hilarious.

Its not even the Merseyside derby they're talking about. Its just Liverpool, Gerrard, Liverpool, Gerrard, Liverpool, Gerrard and some more Gerrard. You'd swear Everton don't exist.

But it's stevie Gs last derby match .
Sky's coverage has got worse this season all they seem to talk about is Liverpool Man U or Chelsea

This is because they do not have the TV rights to show the game, If they did they would be all over it, Its like it isn't even happening and I to am annoyed by this, Its all Merseyside this and Merseyside that. Poor form from BSKYB.

Is it just me or do the NLD and Merseyside derby always fall on the same weekend these days? I thought the fixture list was supposed to be randomly generated?

I recall the Spurs v Liverpool match on Sky last season. The pundits were Carragher and Souness........ and Bloody Stevie G, who was suspended. I don't think they mentioned us more than once in the pre-match preamble. Bloody Liverpool.

Owen is like excitement's kryptonite. I'm scared to watch the build up in case I fall asleep and miss the match.

Entirely different game. And Chelsea would have destroyed us if it werent for Kane's goal bringing us back into the match. We looked like shit the entire time after they scored until Kane took the team on his back and single handedly bought Spurs back into the game with his goal that lifted the entire team. Lets be real, before that goal, we looked well on our way to the classic Spurs capitulation. The only reason we won that game and looked as good as we did was because of Kane taking the team on his back to bring us back into it.

Awful opinion, awful post.

Honestly guys what is the medias and pundits fascincation with liverpool? It seem's every pundit is a former liverpool player or legend. Massive north london derby on BT sport in a few hours and all they can talk about is the worlds most boring derby "the merseyside derby" , fucking ridiculous

I think it will be sound tuned down on tele and 5-live commentary on the radio for me!
