The way I did mine in the end for Palace was to let the system select two seats for me rather than choosing the seats myself, they may not be best available but it worked for me at the time

Question - another for the palace game became available a minute ago - when you hover over the seat it says available via ticket exchange with a cost of £45.50 (this was the cost in that area) then i go to the ticket exchange tab separately and it says £324? What is going on with this system!

How long does it take to show up in a members account they have a ticket?

I assigned one to my mate and I received the confirmation email but it’s not showing in his account that I’ve assigned it to him or showing on the app.

Tbh if I hadn’t told him he wouldn’t have any clue he’s got one

In your member account history it should show you your purchase (even if it was also one you got for someone else)

Yea it shows in my account I’ve purchased and assigned to him but nothing in his

I keep seeing that, ranging from £80 to £324 for a seat, along with the find seats for me showing potential seats. Not sure whether Ticket Exchange is having teething challenges or there are actual seats coming up.

It said £225 when I got mine. It cost £4.50?

Bought tickets for the Harry Potter play yesterday.

System was so easy and transparent.

Head to the right link between a pre-determined time so that you can access a waiting room for the queue for tickets. At the end of this time they very openly say that they randomly select from this waiting room and enter you in the queue. When this has loaded it gives you a loading bar with your live (numerical) position in the queue that updates as people make their transactions or leave from in front of you.

Yes, there would certainly still be disappointments - but it would take away some of the huge frustrations in regards the circle of death or having no clue in regards what was going on.

All in all, just a more straightforward and pleasant experience and is an easy indicator of improvements that can be made to our system.

think i got in too early as i'm past the circle and at the sign in page, will probably just get kicked to the back of the queue if i try logging in now so guess i'll wait until 10 and try then.

So I’ve been i the queue 20 minutes and the circle hasn’t moved at all!? What’s that all about!?
