Before reading the post above, I was going to say, I can see why Palace would be looking at him and while I don't expect him to come through here, due to competition from those around him, and general likelihood I'd be surprised if we were to let him go he's a good player. I'd like to keep him around and see how he progresses. Could definitely develop into a future player and might as well hang onto him for now.

who's that the CB or the small left footed CM? I remember there were are a few good players in the age group

The CB running with the ball from the back? Fairly stocky? Would have been Bryan-Waugh. Looked like when eh was called up to the England camps he was at RB and for some reason I feel I saw a post of his where he sees himself as a RB, I'm pretty sure I have seen him feature there for a Spurs youth team. But I liked him at CB. Similarly, Hackett I like at CB, but he sees himself as a LB but his size suggests he'd make a good CB. Either way they are both versatile so it's great we have them. I don't know how good that age groups defenders are to know why BBW didn't make the squad.

Haysman was the left-footed CM. Similarly I don't know how good the age group is as a whole. Assuming he is as good as I remember and has continued developing I'd think they must have other strong CMs, but then he is also growing so could be a case his performances may be up and down adjusting to development. Forson of course has been called up for the tournament though. Hopefully there'll be a stream

Haha of course you were talking about behaviour.

Taarabt was a player that I really loved to watch play as a youth, and Edwards reminds me a lot of him (not in style).
Nothing to do with behaviour, though wasn't that allegedly pretty poor back in the Uk? More that they are two players that have been through our youth system and were gifted with unnatural ability and technique.........and look where Taarabt is now!

He might well be talking about behaviour but it is a completely fair comparison. The only difference is that Edwards can still turn it around and it seems it's finally sticking to him. Probably helps being in a struggling team and failing to get more than a literal minute at Norwich. It does seem something has clicked and there is many positives seemingly coming out of this loan. I really hope he comes back next preseason and really impresses. Because if he does it could be very exciting indeed.

I'm really glad Edwards is improving. Whilst I've been trying to watch him at Excelsior I'm still struggling to see where he'd fit into the side. Back up No 10 or on the right? I feel he hasn't got the pace for the wing role but I don't see that creative passing in the 10 role?

According to this tweet, Spurs payed £11 million agent fees during the 2017-18 season.

The majority were for players signing new contracts.

Interesting that Tashan Oakley-Booth's agent is a Dexter Blackstock. I presume that is the former Southampton, QPR and Forest striker?

Kaziah Sterling's agent's firm also manages Gareth Bale.

Blackstock's reputation as an unscrupulous b*st*rd proceeds him. Watch out Levy, you might have met your match.

I love the fact that Kane's brother is one of his agents and Dele's brother is his agent.

Sort of knocks on the head the rumour that Muir was getting released.

Good to see Muir still here I think. I have no reason to doubt the info I heard, but very possible he might have changed opinion at the end.

Matthew Craig's first appearance too I believe

Arsenal won 8-0

Arsenal have a top academy at the moment. Their 01/02s are some of the best ever. If we win this league, with your usual Chelsea around as well it will be an incredible achievement especially when you consider we lost Madueke and have few getting international recognition.
