Thankfully England's matches against Netherlands (Thursday) and Germany (Sunday) are on TV.

Sounds like Walkes had a good game this weekend. Maybe he'll be another Jake Livermore; really unispiring at Academy level but always does 'just enough' to be retained, only to burst through and make it as a PL regular, and a reasonable one at that.

Anton Walkes is the real deal
The young defender showed poise and confidence on the ball and a tough road environment. This is now two straight solid performances on the back line for the loanee from Spurs. Tyrone Mears has struggled over the past month and now there appears to be a real question as to who the first-choice right back is for Tata Martino.

Walkes does have a tendency to lose his positioning from time to time, but his aggressiveness on defense has been noticeable. He adds a physical elements on the right flank that Mears doesn’t. Walkes has also shown a knack for holding onto the ball well in tight spaces and making good decisions for when to clear, something Atlanta’s back line has lacked this season. It remains to be seen if Walkes will be the long term solution at right back this season, but it’s clear that he’s more than capable of doing the job if he is

What TV channel is showing this right now?

Nothing in the UK. I'm watching via the live bet365 text. Reliving my days on Championship Manager 97/98.

Interesting looking at the U19s group photo.A lot of comments on twitter whose the kid bottom left with the attitude problem-which is Edwards.I know it's only a photo but I think there could be something to these murmurings we've heard about his attitude .

Are you suggesting that you can tell who's got attitude problems through a photo?

You can't be serious...

See Sessegnons' on the score-sheet again, shame for us that he's signed a new contract with Fulham, hopefully we'll have a chance to sign him in the future.

So there was two tweets about the photo that referred to Edwards, one said he is the bad boy of the band and someone asked him what did he do and someone replied hand placement lol

The other said he looks like he has an attitude problem, which imo is more down to him looking like a young black kid who isnt smiling and people mistake that for an attitude

Yet there was countless more racism post about this being team africa

So I dont know how anyone can take this for murmurings for an attitude problem, there is a bigger conspiracy it seems that the FA wants to make white players a minority judging by the tweets

Marcus in no way has an attitude problem, but because he doesnt look the nicest kid people are taking it as one. He's a fucking a teenager, anyone who knows or works with teenagers knows they can be moody shits

He isnt like ravel morrison or the ilk, he is a good kid off the field

You'd think the chances have increased somewhat with Scotty Parker joining the club. Good (unofficial) word in the ear never hurt.
