This. Everton have the second best home record this season. They also 3rd in the form table for the last 6 and last 10 games. They will be no push over by any stretch of the imagination. IF Chelsea lose to Everton and we can beat Le Arse then the cat really is amongst the pidgeons and anything could happen.

All that said we have to beat Palace and keep taking one game at a time and, as Poch says we just have to be there if Chelski slip up.
In a nicely perverse turn of events - Lukaku will be desperate to put on a show too to earn his move to Chelsea in the summer.

I like how the media is still not reckoning we can win the biggest prize.. Almost everyone still thinks chelscum may just cross the line comes last match.. And I think unlike last season, we are under less pressure this season, especially as the underdog.. I hope comes NLD we need a victory to go top, and if we did, that, the momentum may just swing to us all the way...

But fuck, I'm getting real nervous...

Carragher was also making a point about a few Chelsea players looking a little heavy legged, particularly Luiz who he thought was off the pace all game. I think we're in their heads already, and a win on Saturday could be a massive blow.
I honestly think were already in their heads big time, they lost at United, they were beaten by the better team on the day and that's all Conte had to say afterwards, instead he said blame me, it's my fault not the players which is nonsense, it was the players fault and he knew it.
Trying to deflect flack from his players tells me just how fragile he thinks their mentality is, they might limp over the line but they are really scared that they won't now.

And he's gone from saying how winning is expected of them and not us, to saying how it will be a miracle if Chelsea win given where they were last season. Guy has lost his head.

Work colleague and season ticket holder at SB says David Luiz has been injured for months (since the Aguero tackle) and hasn't been able to sprint or play long passes consistently like he was at the start of the season, he thinks it's getting worse and the club is making him play through the pain barrier by giving him pain killers and will operate on him in the summer, also says that he reckons that teams have worked them and their tactics out and they don't have a plan B, interesting I thought as he's normally upbeat and chucking the bantz at me.

It's definitely true on Luiz. He picked up a knee injury in that tackle from Aguero and has played on never the less. He's very get-at-able right now, Palace and United targeted him with pace and it worked a treat.

Fuck this is stressful! Fantastic but bery bery stressful. Will be horribly deflating if we lose the semi. Even more so - win or lose the semi - if they beat Southampton and we drop points against Palace. OTOH if we win the semi, they drop points against Southampton and we beat Palace. .. wow! Really game on. And tension levels going up geometrically.

That's as far ahead as I can think...

I think we're all so giddy with excitement and confidence at the moment that we're perhaps failing to properly consider just how awful losing on Saturday would be. (I'm referring to we fans here, not necessarily the squad.) It's be an absolute killer, both for the Cup (obvs) and the title run-in.

Got a feeling in my gut that we are going to do the double and beat Arsenal in the final to win the FA Cup, if that does happen and we win the league at the expense of Chelsea I am not sure my body could handle it.
I've already told my wife to plan her life without me if we win the double as I will 100% have a brain aneurysm

Lets face facts people. It's highly unlikely that we will win the league.
It's nice and we have to keep the pressure up, but lets not get carried away.
The thing is if we win our next two games and Chelsea slip up against everton or southampton(who will have had 10 days rest then we could, then we will be within one result of winning the title

I personally think we wont do it as Chelsea will pip us to the title by one point and I also think the match we will slip up in is the crystal palace match

That was the case last season as well, remember.

Anyone saying we arent capable of winning the last 6...... did you predict us winning the last 7?

Watching us play right now is like nothing i have ever seen from spurs before.- We have swatted teams away that others around us have struggled against and we have done so with such dominance and confidence that onlookers just assume the other teams didn't turn up and try to play or just rolled over for us and that just isn't the case.

No team in the league would rather play us than anyone else right now. That fear gives us an edge in every game and other teams will believe more and more that they can get something against a faltering Chelsea.

Obviously anything could happen..... but on current form we have the momentum.
