I share your view that with DL we are only aiming for top 4 and nothing else. However I have the opposite sentiment to you. I aim lower and feel content easier.

For starters as you will probably agree, PL is getting bigger and stronger backers. They are willing to invest ridiculously for on-field success and as a club we have to put up or shut up. It's obvious which direction DL will go and I don't blame him. Tifo had a recent video about the merits of selling Kane and the CL money isn't sufficient to fund the sort of fees being thrown around. You are looking at 30m for a 16-round finish. That's 1/2 of Ndom's transfer fees. Winning the PL has become too expensive a dream to chase for the current owners.

Leeds and Leicester are both examples of how dreamers fail when you over-stretch your resources. We don't want to end up like that.

For me, it's not such a bad thing that we are only looking to be on the same table as the big boys. Survival first, glory later if ever.
In that case

You are The type of fans Levy loves

And it's not survival but profits before glory for him

So much for the game changing stadium! Raising some of the dearest ticket prices in europe during a cost of living crisis! Selling one of our greatest ever players and one of our own two days before the season starts! All this while making himself the highest paid chairman in the league and our owner being a multi billionaire criminal! These people don’t give a flying fuck about any supporter or our club they only care about lining their own pockets! Get out our fucking club you scumbags! #ToDareIsToDear

The Pro Levy fans will be out in force today defending him. I seriously don't know what he has to do for them to see the light. He is destroying OUR club.

I’m stunned that he agreed to sell Kane two days before the start of our season. Our manager has no idea who will lead our line for the first game of the season and has been left scrambling. It shows a large disconnect between how the club runs its business and how it runs its team. It helps explain why we are cash rich and trophy poor.

I would love to ask levy does he think we get our money worth from what he’s serving up considering he charges us the most in the league.

To sell our talisman after all that positivity under ange 2 days before the season starts. WTF?

I always tried to maintain a positive, while sometimes critical, outlook on levy as there is no denying that the club evolved under his stewardship. But what happened thereafter is criminal from a sports perspective and there must be paytime for this.

While we all hope that all transfers come good, if you want to look it that way, also this year was again going for cheaper options on all fronts. That doesn't mean that some cannot come good, but it's hard for me too see that currently. I suspect a farcical season and a failing of our poor new manager. Again.

We now had 3 generational players with us with modric, bale and kane and we have fuck all to show for.

F... Levy and enic. Let's get them out.

Our fans are so passive though
And this is the problem right now. Nothing will change until it's unanimous that Enic need to go.
Even after our clear demise over the last 5 years, and failing to match the ambition of one of the best players most of us were privileged to witness wearing our shirt , then inevitably selling him, you've still got people defending him.

I keep hearing how we need to get behind Ange and the team on match days and not make it a hostile atmosphere, well there's absolutely zero reason we can't do both.

Not sure there is any defence, and way too cheap for what he brings irrespective of age or contract length , minimum of £130m not €100m

This will get him worried, I feel better already now I’ve vented directly to the club!

Dear Daniell (coys),

I am very, very cross and please be aware I will continue to moan (under my breath) about the mismanagement of our dear club. I may even boo (quietly) if we go out of the league cup to championship opposition.

However, rest assured, I will still continue to pay the highest ticket prices and drink your over priced beverages whilst I marvel at our wonderful stadium which you so magically gave us as I do not want to damage the income and share price of the club as I see this as an important part of the plan going forward.

yours rather crossly (coys)
