Harry off for Wilson. Ten minutes too late, but we'll take any rest he can get.

Is Tyldsley deaf in his old age, or is he ignoring all the racist stuff being chucked at Sterling et al this evening?

Our media is so banal.

Now we just need to hope Harry doesn’t get injured stubbing a toe on the flight home (or during the multiple training sessions) to stay fit for the Palace match.

We cant specifically hear what's going on and he's got a headset on whilst talking constantly. Give him a break

Then it’s a dereliction on his producers for somehow not managing to point out what has been completely obvious to anyone watching ITV what has been going on all game.

Tbf it's probably not a good idea to stand within throwing distance and taunt racist fans known to bring flares to matches.

It's not Clive's job to have opinions though. He is there to report what happens, and the side commentator is there to provide colour and analysis.

Or is he commentating alone today? In which case he should still keep schtum about it if he isn't 100% sure what's happening.

As a broadcaster he can't be so flippant about it as we are, he's need to know for a fact imo

Agree with this but pretty sure it would be called out on radio commentary (maybe someone is listening and can let us know?).

Yep don't call out racists and bigots in case you make them angry...

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of don't put yourself in a situation where a twat might throw something at your head. It only takes one idiot with a well-thrown object to cause Sterling harm.
