If littler wins the world championships at 16 this will have to go down as the biggest sporting achievement in any individual sport ever

Can't think what can top it

Littler's only lost 3 sets so far in the tournament. Ridiculous

And would probably still come second to Mary Earps in the Sports Personality of the Year award for winning another runners up medal.

Amazing win. Dolan wasn't at his best at all, but still, semi-finals for a 16-year-old is just incredible.

Will be very impressive - especially the manner in which he's doing it and the nerves of steel needed with a crowd like that.

I'd say doing it in tennis is a better achievement though:

Nadia Comaneci won the Gold Medal in the Olympics when she was 14.

Lydia Ko won an LPGA tournament at age 15

Borris Becker won Wimbledon at 17 (older, but arguably more difficult accomplishment)

Ian Thorpe - won a swimming world championship at age 15

While MVG wasn't at anywhere near his best, Williams still played very well! Deserved win.

Difficult one to call the winner now.

Littler been the player of the tourney so far, but Humphries was the form player going into the comp and Cross knows how to get over the line on the final day which is massive considering how long it can go on.

I never saw that coming, in the pre match interview Williams said he wasn’t scared of MVG, MVG said he must be lying, so glad Scott destroyed him, I like all the players that can win it and am made up a new name will be on the trophy. What a tournament we’re being treated to

Not if Cross wins it.
