Does that read as 'we are looking for someone else'? I wouldn't be surprised if e gave Llorente another year if nothing suitable crops up and he's still free. All sounds pretty laid back to me.

The wording to me suggests that we're looking to buy someone, but you could be right. Maybe I'm taking it too literally. The lack of news on Llorente does seem to suggest that his future still hasn't been decided. I'd be happy to keep him for another year as we seemed to finally work out how to use him towards the end of the season.

How could we just go with the three of them?

Fernando played a decisive role in getting us to one semi and another rather important final. Keep for another season.

Or replace with another target man, just not Janssen.

If we bring in Lo Celso that gives us another option instead of Son and Moura meaning the team wouldn't suffer as much if they had to be played up front. Moura wasn't really bought as a striker, but Poch seems to think that's his best position now. Obviously neither of them is a target man, so we'd need someone else if we wanted someone like that as back-up to Harry.

Really surprised by the Whiteman comments. I thought he was highly rated at the club, from what I’ve seen of him looks decent.

He has not improved over the last few years and I would say most youth watchers would not have him as their number one pick.

All this talk of pushing Toby out is probably just irrelevant. He's on holiday with wife and kids and isn't giving it a second thought. Anybody here take their work on holiday or regularly check in with their employers?

His mind seems make up and he has stated a few times he's not leaving.

He's on a beach and giving a transfer less thought than every single person on this forum.

Hahaha...yes I do. Sadly I haven't not addressed work on holiday in about 12 years.

I can guarantee you Toby is communicating with his team about opportunities while on holiday.
