Long shot but perhaps Utd are still pushing for Schweinsteiger ahead of Schneiderlin? So plan A is still available.

The way I read that tweet is that it was a throwaway comment with little consequence to anything BUT and this is a big but, if people want to spend pages and pages trying to work out if the mere mention of a "Plan A" means anything more than er... we have a plan to sign our first choice players then:

Plan A = wait for all our rivals to sign someone then have first dibs on the remainder

I think it's pretty clear that Plan A is just referring to someone else to be honest. Was it Trix that said there were other players being looked at and worked on and that he had jumped the gun slightly revealing Kramer as someone of interest and couldn't really give any more names? Makes me think it's either Kramer or someone we don't know about yet being referred too.
I fully believe that he is going to Utd myself but I am just trying to interpret what JJ said as I think people are looking into it too much.
