if they wanted to leak stuff they do it to the press. I know the relationship some of the itk's have with the people they get information from and they are certainly not official.
Levy would prefer to keep things quiet i'm sure. Why leak that you are going for player a, then not get him and say you were going for player b all along? Lot easier not to say anything.
