For anyone that's interested, Alex Dowsett is going for The Hour record at 10pm UK time tonight. He's attempting it at the Velodromo Bicentenario in Aguascalientes, Mexico. He needs to beat the 55.089km set by Belgian Victor Campenaerts in 2019.

Will be shown on BBC iPlayer, website and red button. 9.55pm UK time

Just to add congratulations to Zoe Backstedt for winning the women's junior title and Ella Maclean-Howell finishing fourth.

Really looking forward to this, especially with everything pretty much back on schedule. Has been tough keeping track the last couple of years. I'm going to need to few weeks to get used to the new team names, the new kits, and who the hell is riding for who now.

Totally agree, watching UAE highlights kept losing Cav as long shots resulted in confusion due to similarity of kits. At least Carlton and Co seem to be on good form.

Really disappointing the traditional season starter The tour down under couldn't go ahead for a second year. Hopefully back and better than ever in January next year.
It brings Adelaide to life!
