"Yidio, yidio, yidio, yidio...." is my favourite Spurs chant.

Because it means that we've just scored a goal.

Unless the previous chant was "Let's pretend we've scored a goal".

Which is only sung when we haven't scored a goal and likely haven't even had a shot on or off target all game.

In which case, "Yidio, yidio, yidio, yidio....." is my least favourite Spurs chant.

Fickle? Me?

We all went through Cambridge station on the way home from the game on saturday singing:
OH, OH, OH, hes magic, you know,
Mauricio Pochettino ,
hes magic, you know,
Mauricio Pochettino...

Wednesday fans sing the same about d-mid Jose Semedo.

Oh, oh, oh he's magic, you know
You'll never get past Semedo

We seem to be song shopping in Sheffield these days, eh?

NLD, team giving it 110% and playing fantastic football + 2 fairly new very decent songs + players who give a shit for Spurs = Best atmosphere for yearssss

Understandably when we weren't playing well + players didn't look like they cared the atmosphere was terrible, lets hope it improves for the rest of the season it was an incredible day the team fought for us, we fought for them i had a feeling we would win even at 1-0 down we were playing so well and there was an optimism on the pitch and with the fans, beautiful game to be part of! Still smiling now.

As cliche as it sounds those are the games you live to be a football and spurs fan for...unreal.

Great post the atmosphere saturday was so amazing, White Hart Lane is very intimidating when the crowd are like this, we have such a part to play if we make this much noise all the time it lifts the players and puts pressure on the other team.

mean POINTS!! COYS!!!!

I've been really critical of the atmosphere earlier this season, and against Besiktas at home was really depressed. The atmosphere was awful, particularly in the West Stand. Misery. Moaning. Usually all because we hadn't already scored 4 with our first 4 chances.

It was such as pleasure to hear the amazing WHL atmosphere back on Saturday. Best still because we went a goal down early on but despite that, the noise got louder and it was plainly obvious the team relished it. It really felt like a cauldron.

Brilliant stuff. Times like these when you remember why you love the mighty spurs so much.

Not even.

Just gobby twats who are very brave when there's a police cordon separating them from the opposition. You wouldn't see them behaving like that if there was actually a chance of anything properly going off.

Yup. Its all for show. Its good fun having a sing song at their fans but jumping back and foreword at the police lines like that is pathetic. It reminds me of west ham fans, brave behind police
