The early bird catches the worm (y)

Who else is already excited for summers transfer window. For me this is the window where there are no more excuses. Levy has to deliver.
We have now a far more solid structure with Poch/ Mitchell, we need to back them, but a lot of work to be done.

For me everything is quite clear.

At the end of the day in best case we end up with this squad:

---------------------------------------------Lloris (Vorm)---------------------------------------------------- + Archer
Walker (Yedlin)-------------Dier (Fazio)--------------Vertonghen (Reid)----------Rose (Davies) - + Veljkovic
-----------------------------Schneiderlin (Stambouli)---Bentaleb (Mason)--------------------------- + Alli
--------Lamela (Townsend)-----------Eriksen (Dembele)-----------------Depay(Chadli)---------- + Pritchard
---------------------------------------------Kane (Ings)----------------------------------------------------- + J Rodriguez

Would be absolutely excited with that.

But will be difficult as always to ship these players: Kaboul, Capoue, Paulinho, (Lennon), Carroll, Adebayor and Soldado. We need a big of magic.

But let's wait and see. Will be easier to get this with CL footy. What is on your mind?

Yet again: clear out deadwood, don't have to spend much, and yet can improve immensely.

Only additions we really need to make IMO with loanees returning are a pacey winger, hopefully Reid for free, and improvement for alternates to Kane. Frankly, if only Reid and Ings came in for free, I would be entirely content. Would love Ayew/Kono, Ings, and Reid all for free if we could.

In this order:
In: Berahino
Out: Soldado, Kaboul, Capoue, Dembele, Chiriches. Maybe Paulinho. Maybe even Ade. Maybe Mason.
If Lamela went I would not weep. Promote the kids.

I said maybe.

I know, but all of your other outs bar Dembele I'm sure 99% would agree with. Mason seems like such a random one plucked out the air, was just wondering if there was a reason. It's like saying maybe Bentaleb

Think its going to take perhaps 2 TW's to sell Kaboul, Capoue, Paulinho, Lennon (on loan), Carroll, Adebayor, Soldado.......and possibly Holtby.

And in turn we will not be able to bring in all the new players you have in your new squad (for reasons of wage cost).

I'll reply to this in May as no one has a clue yet what Poch can do with existing players in the coming months. It may change what we actually wish to see in the summer. Also in reverse, players we may not think we need to change in five months we could feel differently about.

Mason has been doing great but is he an England international?

Absolutely.
Levy is licking his lips but we need players out more than players in.

He's played in about 15/16 PL games in his career, so was never likely to. Currently Poch's first choice - but more importantly likely to inprove over the rest of the season as he gets more experience

And by the way neither Kane nor Dier are England internationals (as yet), but I hope you don't want to sell them as well.....

We have finally found consistency, I love it.

We consistently pass sideways, barely pass the accurately beyond 5 yards, piss poor decision making and if it wasn't for individual moments of excellence, we would be in mid table madness. Just utter utter shite.

The squad is an utter shambles completely unsuited to a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Not been impressed with both LB and RB, I haven't seen the new lad Yedlin yet.... To save time, there is only about 3 players I would most certainly keep.

Kane, Lloris and Eriksen

Yedlin (not played, give a chance), and Lamela (I think he will come good, just needs time and played where he is supposed to be played)... These two get a by...

The rest................

We don't need an entire squad of internationals. Mason may well be pushed out of the team by a new signing at some point, but that's not a reason to sell him, is it? He'd be great backup, and we need to keep the players that actually cares about the club.

Ad Dee Bye Your.

Please, please, please get this utter clown out of our football club.

Same goes for Kaboul.

The sooner he's gone, the sooner we replace and the sooner we have a stronger team.

I think he has had some really good games for us previously, and at times has been brilliant.
But as football moves so quickly, and as do flavour of the months, his future at this club is just not tenable.

He has proved to be, let's be honest, mostly dog shit over his last few times he's played.

Juju? Fuck off. That doesn't impede your ability to run around and at least look like you're trying.

You don't get "lucky" players in football. So saying things aren't happening because of "luck/"juju" is ridiculous. You make your chances by being a bloody winner. Being where it matters, making that extra run, going that extra mile etc.

To me, he looks shot. His technique looks poor, his pace has diminished, his control is sometimes abysmal, his shots have the velocity of a fart.

Some of that may be down to age, and just his physical make up, but I'm sorry, if you're a professional footballer, you're attitude should not be anything other than fucking perfect, because you've probably been fortunate to land pretty much the most lucrative and enjoyable profession you could possibly have.

If you're a professional footballer and you look like you can't be arsed, you're a **** and you don't know you're born.

Ungrateful and utterly worthless attitude if that is the case.

We can't say for sure what the fuck is going on with the bloke, but I'm sorry, all the speculation, ITK, team selections, rumours, Twitter jibes, and his on the pitch performances translate to me as someone that is basically a tosser.

Yes he's been good in the past. Do you think he'll honestly play two or three great games in a row for us ever again?? NOPE.

If someone is crazy enough to buy him and his juju baggage, then bite their hand off.

He just comes across as an arse to me more so than any other Spurs player of recent memory.

I don't want to sell Mason. But I would like him to improve. He needs to improve. I am a bit miffed that he can't do the 90. I want ALL of our players to be Harry Kane standard

We're also consistently winning most of the games we play and have reached a cup final for the first time in years.

I gave a list of about 10 players we need to sell before Mason.
