£36m for him is absolute madness. I can't even comprehend it. No I haven't really seen him play much but from what I can see he's only had one full season, and he was hardly profilic... in the French league..

No wonder West Brom want £25m for Berahino

Wonder if the Chelsea players are getting as pissed off with Mourinho as football fans are? He seems to be trying to quarrel with everybody these days.

Mourinho's 3rd season, you know what normally happens there.

amazing how much LVG is spending - and some weird decisions. Letting Januzi go on loan and spending a small fortune on Martial. And they were naff against us and swansea

Felipe Melo has gone to Inter for €3.5m. Decent player, but a proper live wire. He didn't do that well at Juve but has done well for Galatasaray. Not sure if he's going to do well at Inter.

The interesting thing is that it might mean that Hernanes is off to Juve. I'd be very happy with that, he's a quality player. Just the kind of creative, hard-working midfielder that we need. Plus, he can take free kicks, and we need a set piece taker badly.

I was hoping Lamela would head to Inter on loan & Hernanes to us on loan.. good player

And Hernandez is joining Bayer Leverkusen according to the BBC. He's scored 59 goals in 159 appearances. not bad when you think he was a sub most of the time. And they can't score goals at the moment.

Hernanes would be just what we need at Spurs, a dynamic ballplayer in the middle of the park. Mancini seems to prefer a 3 consisting of Guarin, Medel and Kondogbia. It's weird because I rate Hernanes more than those 3. He's not as physical as Medel and Kondogbia, or as quick as Guarin, but he's a lot more creative.

Bet we were one of them, isn't Burt close to our club

What's your reasoning behind that? Or is that just a wild guess/assumption? Newcastle were heavily linked with him after Pardew went to Palace last season, would make the most sense it was them. As far as I recall he wouldn't have been an option for us at the start of last season as he was still technically contracted to Mainz.

Yeah, he's struggling from recurring injuries, which is why we brough Alex Sandro in. I'm really looking forward to seeing Alex, I think he can be quite the player in Serie A.

Juve (or Conte) 'ruined' him, I remember when he was a good box to box midfielder at Udinese.
