Struggle to understand how professional players struggle to control a football or pass to their own team mates. Leicester have pushed more players forward because we’re playing with 6 in defence with Hojbjerg scared to go near halfway. Kane just jogging around trying to look for a chance to make a 50 yard pass for the cameras. Conte can take this bullshit football and fuck off back to Juventus, if we attacked this Leicester team who are low on confidence we’d rip them apart but Conte is too scared to have the team play 10 yards further up

We need spells of possession to gain a bit of confidence.

Stop this tactic of firing it forward and everyone trying one touch flicks round the corner. Control it, play it back and build the attacks.

I doubt we’ll lose. I’m calm.
Not really the point is it. We've made a bottom of the table shower of shite look half decent, AGAIN.
I can't see us doing anything playing this styleof football. It no longer works. Teams are too good going forward to give up possesion, defend most of the game and hope hitting on the counter works.
Not only that its absolut fucking dross to watch.
We've unbelievably got 2 Golden Boot winners in our squad and we've spent 4 years of their time in the squad playing defensive football!
You couldn't make it up.

We have to be much more nuanced than trying to get it up to Kane or Richarlison ASAP and look for runners off the first flick - which incidentally usually ends up gifting possession straight back.

Entirely predictable
Contes midfield tactic is pure shit and has been all the time. We neither use them for controlling the game or to defend the backline. They are just running in between because every team we play see how easy to just 1up us there. Hate this football with a passion

Very odd performance. So slack with the ball.

Need to pull our finger out second half.
it has been an odd half generally.

We applied very early pressure but got caught out and then Sanchez made a stupid decision.

We immediately hit back and looked very dangerous every time we came forward with Kulusevski looking fantastic.

Leicester started to have a lot of the ball without really creating but last 15 or 20 we've completely gone off the boil and we've suddenly become real easy to play through.

I really feel the players have lost composure

Their second is a prime example of where the low/mid block works against us.

If we had engaged them in a high press we win the ball back in their half. It all came from their keeper almost falling over the ball and ended in our net without a single tackle being made. We just retreated and they happily came with us.

Hoping for 3-4 subs in the 2nd half. Really switch it around a bit. Son; biss; spence …

Fucking WC. I fucking blame and hate the stupid World Cup held in a stupid month of the year. Some players like Kane and Son are just not in full steam in acceleration and pressing.

Can only happen to us that we have Conte and one of the most amazing windows all to be hampered by the shit WC scheduling. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

The WC will never ever be held in the middle of the season again but then Conte would have left us.
In all honesty, if this is what Conte can offer us, I could care less if he decides to leave at the end of season for Juventus. We are just lucky to nick in points but it won't be long before we get found out. Our football has been dismal to date.
