I'm not a fan of booing. But people pay their money and blah blah blah.

But what I think is unacceptable is hurling that kind of personal abuse at your own player when we're defending a corner. If you want to blame anyone for conceding the goal blame the "supporter" with the big mouth behind the goal yelling " you're shit, you're fucking shit"

Imagine making a mistake and looking to atone for it when the people who are supposed to support you, actually boo you and say you’re shit to your face. I bet you’ll feel really confident and good about putting things right.

I agree, that isn’t good but I still think it is a quantum leap to actually say the fans are responsible for the defeats. This lets the manager and the players off the hook.

Hard to say isn't it. Levy has reacted to the fans on the past, but I'll repeat it again. A new man in won't stop these mistakes because it's just not coachable. Not to a point where they will be CL quality defenders capable of playing twice a week anyway.

Surely after so many attempts with different managers Levy needs to accept that if Conte, who inarguably knows what he's doing, can't improve these defenders, then changing the manager again will simply perpetuate the cycle.
