Best Player - Harry Kane

Most improved player - Dele Alli

Player who needs to pull his socks up - Kyle Walker. Defending is great but in the final 3rd he is pretty shocking IMO. Didn't want to go for a squad player as they could all improve. Walker IMO is the place where we could get an upgrade that enhances us massively.

Favourite Match - Manchester United @ WHL

Favourite Goal - Eriksen v City

Season Highlight - The general improvement in our play. Went from seeing fans complain all we did is pass it around the back at the start of the season, to potentially being top scorers in the league.

Season Lowlight - WBA draw

Season Rating - 8.5, threw a lot of silly points away from winnings positions and also the Dortmund game was frustrating playing a weaker side but I understand why it was done.

Best Player - Harry Kane: not just a great goal scorer, but a great all round forward who is our leader on the pitch.

Most improved player - Dembe: finally found that consistency to dominate all on comers.

Player who needs to pull his sicks up - Lamela: he's been very good, but I still feel that he lets himself down with that indecisiveness in dangerous situations.

Favourite Match - Manchester Utd home: it banished so many demons.

Favourite Goal - Kane v Arsenal (h): a moment of true genius.

Season Highlight - The emergence of a real understanding between our players to play some breathtaking football at times.

Season Lowlight - WBA at home: the drive home back to Newbury after that was difficult.

Season Rating - 8/10. Amazing season, best I've experienced, but can't shake the feeling that we're guilty of too many missed opportunities when the pressure was on.

Most improved player.

Mousa Dembele

Player who needs to pull his socks up.

Nabil Bentaleb.

So promising last season. Big new contract... yet by all accounts he has not committed himself 100% to Poch's methods.

Yes he's had injuries but it's pretty clear Poch has been less than impressed by what he's seen from Bentaleb.


Favourite Match.

1. City away.

IMO that was a massive moment for the team. For us, the fans, it was incredible.

2. Close 2nd, Stoke away. Champagne football.

Favourite Goal.

Alli v Palace.
EPL goal of the season.

Season Highlight.

1. Beating City at the Etihad.
2. Alli's goal against Palace
3. The away performance at Stoke

Season Lowlight.

1. The week we lost to West Ham and dropped 2 points from a winning position in the North London Derby.

2. Close second, losing to Leicester at home. We didn't know we were in a title race at the time but that gave them a 6 point swing, which we were never able to overhaul.

Most improved player: Dembele

Player who needs to pull his socks up: Bentaleb

Favourite match: City away. This was the moment I realised that we actually had a chance of winning the title.

Favourite goal: Kane vs. Arsenal. Alli vs. Palace was, objectively, a better goal, though.

Season highlight: When we were 2-1 up against Arsenal. I was in a pub packed with gooners, and we were top of the fucking league.

Season lowlight: The no-show against West Ham.

Season rating: 8/10. The way things went in the FA cup, we really should've been in that final.

Favourite Match - Chelsea away, even though it ended our title challenge I loved it.

Favourite Goal - Alli v Palace

Season Highlight - being in with a chance of winning the title with 4 games to go

Season Lowlight - Westham away then Arse at home

Season Rating - if we finish 2nd an A, finish 3rd B

We managed to improve over "worst season ever" of 13/14 by one point.

First 4 PL games - 1 loss and 3 draws
Last 4 PL games - 2 losses and 2 draws.

But the bit in between was pretty damn good.

Best Player: There are loads of alternatives, but Dembele comes to mind.

Most improved player: Lamela. Or Dembele. Probably Dembele.

Player who needs to pull his socks up: There are loads of alternatives. Walker, Davies, Mason, Bentaleb, Carroll, Onomah, Son.
To pick one, Carroll.

Favourite Match: At home vs. ManUtd was beautiful.

Favourite Goal: That Lamela one. Yup, that one.

Season Highlight: When we were not only mathematically, but realistically in the race.

Season Lowlight: The last 4 weeks.

Season Rating: No trophies, abundant of good football, some great results. Poor vs. other top 3 clubs. Top 3. CL next season. Loads of goals, great goal difference, disappointing finish. 7.8/10
