Dawson: Dawson is a fine CB, but he simply cannot adjust to AVB's (non)system. Will say this... no matter how poorly he's performing, booing your teams captain just because you don't like that he hit a clearance is never, ever, acceptable.

Naughton: Not a footballer, never was, never will be. I judged him after 2 games that he was rubbish, and that will never change. Would rather Clive Wilson at LB.

Dembele: This guy is a fucking good footballer, and our best player at carrying the ball.

Adebayor: Under Harry this guy was like fucking Pele. Under AVB he's simply not around. Coincidence? In a two man strike force he and Soldado would compliment each other nicely.

For me, AVB needs to go, I've been supportive of him almost the whole time but yesterday I have changed my thoughts. As in the squad, I like Mourinho's two player per position method:

G - Lloris / NEW (Get rid of Friedel end of the season)
L - Rose / Fryers
C - Vertonghen / NEW (Lose Kaboul, too injury prone)
C - Chiriches / Dawson
R - Walker / Naughton
C - Sandro / Paulinho
C - Capoue / Dembele
C - Eriksen / Holtby
L - Townsend / Chadli & Sig
R - Lamela / Lennon
F - Soldado / Adebayor (Sell Defoe)

For me that is still a really good squad, however I do believe that we need a new manager to fully get the best out of them.

Make no mistake ade is left out purely for disciplinary reasons and the sooner he is gone the better. Pretty confident avb is not allowed to pick him.

It does not matter If he was ronaldo his disruption is horrific. The fact that we have docile members of staff wanting to rip his head off should say it all.

Agree with this. Dembele is bloody frustrating. He's one of the most comfortable players I've seen on the ball and can turn on a sixpence, with great strength and acceleration for a man of his size. However, the downside is that he has no vision whatsoever and can't make a forward pass. I can see why he started off as an attacker as he has the ability to take the ball around players easily and has a very powerful shot, but he never applies his abilities well enough.

I don't want to write Paulinho off yet but he's starting to look a bit like the Brazilian Jenas. The fact that he's done brilliantly for Brazil makes me hope he can be a great player for us.

I wouldn't say he was a Brazilian Jenas, he's not been amazing so far but has at least shown a degree of consistency. Jenas' big thing was his one good game in 10 that made some people cut him some slack for the rest of the shite, if you want a current player who fits that bill then look no further than the other guy you mentioned.
