I think a United win would be best. We have a +16 goal difference on United. If they win they're three behind us, but as long we we win one of our last two games without conceding 16 then they can't finish above us.

We don't want Chelsea getting any more points.
+ it would put cherry on top if both Goons and Chavs miss out

One more win for us and we secure CL for next season, irrespective of the results of all the remaining games of our other top four rivals.

What the hell is up with Farcenal? I know they have a shit defence but you’d still expect them out score a lot of teams.

1 bit of luck we have had this year and that is how shit arsenal are away from home..
without that we would be well and truly out top 4 by now with 12 defeats,
just need the lads to get up for 1 more big performance, lets hope poch doesn't take a risk v Bournemouth and rest a load for 2nd leg v ajax thinking we can win it at Bournemouth or have everton as fall back, desperately want it done before everton as we know how tricky they can be

or - we have been stretched beyond our limits for most of the season and despite that are over performing to get to a CL semi while still remaining in contention for top 4.
This. We have enough quality that on our day we can beat anyone. But injuries, the lack of investment, defensive frailty and generally ponderous attacking play have all led to us struggling throughout the season. Our points total is better than our general performances have warranted.

I wouldn't want to have to beat Everton on the final day

Yeah you may be right.

I just want to have a big as cushion as possible without Chelsea being level.

Although I guess all that matters is top 4.

I was recalling our defeat against WBA last year and we were made to sweat that time too only for our rivals to mess up, that's why I've been a little more confident this time. Still, yesterday's result caused panic.

what's happening?
Leeds scores while mings was down injured a bit of handbags then Bielsa told Leeds to let villa equalise straight from kick off, which they did, even though jansson tried to stop it

Fair play to Bielsa for the sportsmanship

Im confused, @Marty reckons that's a good thing?

We could secure top four no matter what the final result is for United game today, but if we win one of our last two games , we secure third place, if Chelsea loses today . But that’s the cherry on top of the cake. Our main target is top four.

With Arsenal’s loss, it doesn’t matter too much now about the result of the United game. We can relax and watch that game now. ?

Sorry to go against the grain here but when you realise how poor Tielemans is at tracking back you'll probably understand why Poch passed on him.

Yeah, not that impressed tbh, don’t see anything that great about his all round game, near and tidy but that’s all I’ve ever seen from him with the occasional great strike. knew people would be calling for his signing after scoring.
