I got one from him a couple of years ago. I don't think he sits in front of a laptop wondering what he should say. I expect someone from the club puts a pile of these letters in front of him and he simply autographs them. But I appreciated it, all the same.

Correct . The players get sent the post from the club and told to post .it recently happened to daily blind with adidas but it did not go so well

I got the same one in October 2015. I wasn't a fan then either so grimaced a little when i got it

Typical daily fail story.
