My plan would be to sell Aurier for as much as we can get, but def get on and sell him rather than haggle all Summer.

Then step two, use Trippier as part exchange with the Aurier money (plus a bit?) to get AWB.

Palace obviously won't want to sell, but Trippier would be a decent enough replacement for him.

Would give us a decent £40m kitty for a proper RB like Wan Bissaka, Semedo or Atal.
