Haven't had time to read through the thread so apologies if already been asked. Any idea how the Inter fans feel about his departure?

Wow. Not only a superb signing, but clearly butts up against our usual policy of not signing anyone over 30 on big deals. If spurs aren't careful, I'm going to be dangerously close to believing we might actually be seriously going for it this summer ?

**edit** if we get him of course. No jinxing
It's a free transfer, sensible contract length and I doubt the wages are astronomical. Not that much risk imo.

The amount reported by DiMarzio — €6m/year — comes out to just under £100k/w. Squarely within our wage budget these days.

He can play in multiple positions too. He strikes me as someone that would adapt if he lost his legs or a new coach came in, he's a clever player.

I think Italian journos report in net gain, so his wages may actually be higher.

Won't find a player with better winning mentality and production in high-stake games, amazing. Sessegnon will profit a lot from this too, literally best possible mentor.

From what I've read on Twitter and reddit, seems that he's been a very good servant for them, always worked hard and showed 100%, he's won Scudetto with them and basically won them the Coppa Italia this season, so although many would like to hold on to him they think that it's a good time to part ways. A couple seem a bit annoyed as though he's just going for the money. But mainly just wishing him luck and thanking him, tbh

It'll be net so it'll be probably closer to £200k including signing on fee (which will likely be paid over the term of contract).

I think that's fair for a player of his stature.

Great start to the window if this is indeed made official over the next few days. A real signal of intent and along with the likes of Romero, Kulusevski and Bentancur makes us a real pull for more big name signings. Rose will be banging his head over all these big names he doesn't have to Google.

I've only watched him in big matches for Croatia and Inter and he's been class every time. Big game player

So does this mean that Reguilon is the one off?

Fabrizio Romano said plenty of interest in Regi. No idea who but you'd imagine a few Spanish clubs.

We have to pay the 28m euros I believe this summer so no doubt try to look to get that amount and then we've technically had him for free for 2 years?
